Witam szanowne grono. Na stole Asus R542U X542UQ rev 2.0. Po wyjęciu hdd przez właściciela nagle przestał działać na baterii. Zgodnie z uzyskaną informacją akumulator nie sprawiał wcześniej żadnego kłopotu. Właściciel podstawiał inną baterię - jednak efekt identyczny. Akumulator jest wykrywany w bios. W załączeniu zrzut z BatterMon. Samo ogniwo wygląda na rozładowane (tylko ok. 1V na dwóch skrajnych pinach). Poproszę o podpowiedź gdzie mogę szukać przyczyny takiego stanu.

Sprawdź dwa pierwsze mosfety za gniazdem zasilania, jeśli są sprawne to podstaw inną baterie.

Oba mosfety wyglądają na sprawne. Laptop działa normalnie na zasilaniu sieciowym. Inna bateria (prawdopodobnie zamiennik) była podstawiana - ponoć z takim samym efektem.
Zauważyłem, że informacja w bios, że bateria jest obecna i jest naładowana w 84% pojawia się niezależnie od tego czy akumulator jest faktycznie podłączony czy też nie :shock:

Hello!
The battery has an enable pin that must be active, otherwise the battery is disabled and there is no voltage at its output terminals.

Make sure the marked two pads around the hole are bridged by the screw, otherwise the battery is disabled and will not work.
