Hello
I have the above laptop that appears dead, no power or charging at all. 19V is present, 5VALWP / 5VALW is present but 3VALW is not. PU301 is getting 19v and 3VLDO is present, EN1 is present but not EN2 (3V_EN). Trace it back to EC (KB9052QD) pin 101 and 0v. EC has 3.3V power, and 3.3V is present on powrbutton and voltage does drop when pressed, but the board is unresponsive.

3VALW doesnt appear short, it has resistance of around 30k ohms. I have picture with all measurements voltage and ohms.

Here are measurements for PU301
1=2.8v
2=19.8v
9=0v
11=4.5v
12=0v
13=0v
17=3.3v

Measure the voltages on pins 14, 19, 37, 65, 68, 95, 99, 100, 101, 104, 110, 112, 116, 122 of KBC.
Measure the voltages on pin 114 of the KBC in the following cases:
at power off
with power on pressed
at power on.

Hello Machine thank you for helping.

The issue has been resolved, it turned out the keyboard was faulty/shorted and must of frozen the KBC, when the keyboard flex was removed and the board powered on with some tweezers it was powering on fine.
