Hej.
Sylwestrowa nocna nad tym pasztetem.
Na start martwy-brak poboru prądu , brak 3VLDO- ale bez zwarcia i brak reszty.
PCH coś wypłyneło spod rdzenia-test wizualny.
SRKMA w górę- wróciło LDO , więc 100% uszkodzony
Nowy SRKMA na płytę -zwarcie na 3VRTC za diodą
NOWY SRKMA w górę - zlały się jedynie dwie kulki GND i RTC
Ten sam nowy SRKMA na płytę bez żadnych reballingów-kulki na kulki i gitara wszystko działa.
Po złożeniu power ON i 50mA , więc ponownie wyciągam, płytę i na stole 50ma przez 5 sekund i OFF,
przy dziesiątej próbie płyta zaczyna działać.
wylewka spod rdzenia upaliła coś jeszcze i szybki start mam po podgrzaniu PCH.
Założyłem więc termistor i zaprogramowałem małego PIC-a , żeby utrzymywał rdzeń w temperaturze 42C za pomocą rezystora 10R i PWM przyklejonego do rdzenia.
Z zasilacz wszystko gra , ale niestety rozładowuje baterię :(
doprogramowałem więc jeszcze jeden port w PIC-u jako in i podłączyłem czujnik klapy , z baterii ok, ale po otwarciu klapy trzeba czekac około 15 sekund na poprawne odpalanie.
co robić chłopaki ???

Jakie napiecie macie na zaznaczonym kondensatorze w st-by i po wlaczeniu ?

doprogramowałem więc jeszcze jeden port w PIC-u jako in i podłączyłem czujnik klapy , z baterii ok, ale po otwarciu klapy trzeba czekac około 15 sekund na poprawne odpalanie.


Jeśli to jedyny problem z tym sprzętem, to masz źle przygotowany wsad BIOS. Zgraj ten wsad, wyczyść ME Region z pomocą FIT lub wgraj czysty wsad z danymi DMI i sprawdź czy start będzie szybszy. Dłuższy start może być oczywiście po resecie BIOS lub bez baterii RTC.

Wątpię jednak czy metoda lutowania PCH "kulki na kulki" to dobry plan, przecież istnieje bardzo duże ryzyko "zlania" się większej ilości kulek podczas takiego wlutu gdy układ chociaż trochę się przesunie

BIOS już dawno zrobiony UBT2.
