Dzień Dobry. Acer Nitro AN512-52-50N3 LA-F951P 1A
Po zgaszeniu systemu - Wentylatory włączają się na Maximum na 1 minutę, później 3 sek wyłączają i znów 1 minuta na max.

Laptop przyjechał bez dżwięku na głośnikach i z wentylatorami na max po zgaszeniu systemu. Klient twierdzi, że oba problemy wystąpiły w tym samym czasie.
Okazało się, że zwarcie jest na kondensatorze CA1. Wylutowałem go i nie wlutowałem tam żadnego.
Od tej pory dźwięk na głośnikach wrócił,

Ale wentylatory nadal na max po zgaszeniu systemu.
Gdy system jest włączony, laptop i wentylatory pracują poprawnie.
Jeśli chodzi o temperatury, to wszystkie są niskie.

Proszę o pomoc.

Test the machine on another hard drive with a freshly installed OS.

Nie pomoglo.
Zainstalowalem windows 11, sterowniki.
Bios jest najnowszy 1.28

Measure the voltages to ground on pins 3, 5, 8, 14 of chip UQ1, when the machine is turned off but the fans are running.

Measure the resistance between pin 1 and pin 14 of chip UQ1.
If the resistance is low (in Ω range), the chip UQ1 is damaged and needs to be replaced.
