Acer aspire 7740G biały obraz na matrycy .

Mam taki problem : laptop restartował się , nie było wogóle obrazu preprogramowałem bios innym wsadem i trochę się poprawiło lecz teraz jest biały ekran na matrycy, na zewnętrznym monitorze działa wszystko ok.
Pomiary :
na złączu matrycy piny :
1,2 - 0V
3 - 3,4V
20,21,22 - 19V
na nóżkach U2:
1,2,3 - 0V
4,5 -3,4V
Moje pytanie czy mogę na próbę podać 3,4V na 1 pin matrycy czy to coś pomoże czy też zaszkodzi?

Sprawdź rezystancję do masy na "3" nodze U2. Jeśli nie będzie przywarcia, a na nogach "4" i "5" będzie 3V, to możesz na próbę zewrzeć nogi "3" i "4", żeby podać na matrycę LCDVDD.

Przywarcia nie bylo, po zwarciu nóżek 3 i 4 na U2 obraz ma matrycy się pojawił czy to oznacza że u2 jest do wymiany bo lekko się grzeje?

Wymiana na pewno nie zaszkodzi, a może nawet rozwiąże problem.

To check, if the U2 is good or not, measure the voltage to ground on pin 1 of U2 when the machine is turned on without the bridge between pins 3, 4.

Measure the voltages on all pins of U3.
Chances are U2 works great. Bridge between pins 3-4 should not be made

As far as I know, the chip U3 is factory not soldered to the board.

U3 nie ma na płycie ale najego 5 nodze jest 3,4V , G5285T11U-GP a to ozaczenie jest na schemacie a ja mam 52853 (jakieś zamienniki moge inne zastosować)

Affects the voltage on pad 1 of U3. If missing you have a PCH problem.

How about the voltage to ground on pin 1 of chip U2 (it should be measured when the machine is turned on without the bridge between pins 3, 4 of U2)?
Do you have the board with ATI GPU chip or without?

The chip U2 is good, but the "enable" signal from the ATI GPU is missing.
Try to diagnostically heat the ATI GPU as described here.
If it solve the issue, the ATI GPU chip is bad and needs to be replaced.

Podgrzałem GPU według twoich instrukcji i dalej to samo i mam pytanie czy ten sygnał nie pochodzi z PCH (LCDVDD_ON)

No, in the case the ATI GPU is soldered to the board the enable signal comes from it (line "ATI_LCDVDD_ON" through the resistor R109). If the board is "UMA" version (without ATI GPU) this signal comes from the PCH (line "PCH_LCDVDD_ON" through the resistor R19).

Check, if on pin 1 of resistor R109 is also 0V. If so, the ATI chip is most likely bad. You can try to reflow it first, but you need a BGA rework station to do that.

You don't need any solder balls for the reflow. The reflow means just to heat up the chip to the solder balls melting point (without removing the chip from the board).
For the reflow you should just add some flux around the chip (in my opinion the liquid one is the best for the reflow) and heat up the chip to the temperature that the solder balls melts (223°C for a Lead-free solder balls). It is also good to "nudge" the chip, when the balls are melted.
When the board will be heated to around 150-160°C (at the preheat stage) remove the glue (black dots on the corners of the chip).

BTW: This chip has a 0,5mm solder balls.
