Witam serdecznie, mam dziwny przypadek: laptop Envy 2w1 model 15-fe 000 płyta jpr50 LA-M794p jest problem z dźwiękiem z głośników bang&olufsen. Nie mam dźwięku z tych głośników - co zrobiłem :
1. sterowniki aktualne od HP - podczas diagnozy przez Windows i szczegółowe diagnozy przez HP wszystko jest w porządku, system widzi głośniki ale nie daje dźwięku
2. sprawdziłem na słuchawkach jest dźwięk
3. sprawdziłem głośnik zew bluetooth jest dźwięk
4. kupiłem nowe głośniki B&O i podłączyłem nad brak dźwięku
niestety nie ma schematu do tej płyty - szkoda bo bym szukał problemu z sygnałami czy też napięciem do głośników. czytałem że problem może być w gnieździe słuchawkowym - nie rozłącza po słuchawkach i nie ma przejścia na głośniki - tylko myślę sobie, że jakby nie rozłączał słuchawek to system widziałby nadal wpięte słuchawki a widzi głośniki po wyjęciu wtyczki.
Czy ktoś ma jakiś pomysł lub spotkał się z tego typu problemem? Dzięki za support.
