This laptop has new battery and charged up to 97%
Battery voltage is 7,5V
When power supply is plugged voltage reach 8,0V but charging led is always white and OS shows 97% but doesn’t go on.

Hello!

Install a Battery Mon software and post a screen of "Battery Info" with the battery + power supply connected.

Measure the voltages to ground on pins 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 10, 11, 12, 15, 17, 18. 19, 20, 24, 25, 28 of charger chip PU5301 with the battery + power supply connected.

Sorry I wrote a wrong value, pin 1 and pin 2 of battery connector voltage is 0,8V and not 8,0V and with PSU connected led near power connector is orange.

1=19,8V
2=19,8V
3=20V
4=20V
5=3,3V
6=2,8V
10=0V
11=3,3V
12=3,3V
15=0,3V
17=0,8V
18=0,8V
19=0,8V
20=0,8V
24=6V
25=5,6V
28=20V
