Laptop Dell Vostro 3501 - MB FDI55 LA-J081P
Nie działa żaden port USB.
Ani 2.0 ani 3.0.
Napięcie zasilania na portach jest 5V
Sprawdzałem pod Windows 10 oraz 11.
W managerze urządzeń jest Koncentrator USB 3.0 oraz Intel USB 3.1 eXtensible Host Controler.
Nawet w Bios po F12 nie widzi pendrajwa żeby można było zabootować.

Integrated webcam work.

Natomiast dziwnie zachowuje się menedżer urządzeń.
Jak go mam otwartego to co 10 do 15 sekund odświeża się automatycznie jakby coś wykrywał, ale nic się nie zmienia.

Set your multimeter to the diode test mode and measure the voltage drops to ground on the data lines of all USB ports (pins 2, 3 of USB 2.0 ports and pins 2, 3, 5, 6, 8, 9 of USB 3.0 ports) with the positive (red) probe connected to the ground. Don't forget to the USB port on the small daugterboard.

Dzisiaj sprawa się wyjaśniła :D
Zajrzałem szczegółowo do BIOS-u
Opcja: Enable External USB Ports
była odznaczona.
Po zaznaczeniu wszystko wróciło do normy.
