MB : Asus H61M-E Rev 2.02
Symptom is not power on at all.
PSON# - 5V OK
RSMRST# - 3.3v OK
+BAT - 3V
BAT_RTC - 3V

When i remove CLRTC Jumper, Sometimes power on and fan spin but no display (picture). Sometimes not power on but when i touch BAT_RTC pin with my finger or tweezer, it's power on and fan spin but no display (picture). Please help me.

Hello!
Have you tried to program the BIOS chip?
Have you checked board with another CPU, RAM and power supply?
Is CPU socket OK? Check it for bent or missing pins.
There is a boardview for this motherboard available on the Internet, it might be helpful for resolve this issue.

Yes. I already program the BIOS chip and test with another CPU, CPU Socket, RAM and Power Supply.

Is PCH getting hot when motherboard starts without picture? Check PCH temperature without cooling system.
