Please check this solutions https://forums.lenovo.com/t5/ThinkPad-T ... -p/3548532

"Hi, I recently solved the problem with malfunctioned fan. First I thought it was a faulty fan, that's why I bought a new, but the replacement did not help. By measuring, I found that the fan hasn't 5V power supply. A little farther on I found a faulty fuse. The fuse is marked with the letter N, corresponding values 2A. Replacing the fuse is a bit more challenging work, but with a good micro solder can handle it. Positional marking a fuse is F13. After replacing the fuse, now everything is working properly"....

Hi!

SSM6J402 is single P-channel MOS-FET transistor in SOT-363 (SC-70) package. Datasheet is in the attachment. You can replace it with any same type transistor similar characteristics.
For example Si1433DH: ***click**
