Acer Aspire 5750G - brak obrazu.

CPU : SR0DN
GPU : N13P-GL2-A1
PCH : SLJ4P
KBC : KB930QF A1

Witam, na stole laptop jak w temacie Acer 5750G, początkowo diagnostyka wykazała brak napięć:
- PL20, PL21 (+CPU_CORE)
- PL18 (+VGFX_COREP)

Podczas szukania przyczyny napięcia od tak się pojawiły i są cały czas ale brak obrazu.
-PL20,21 - 1.09V
-PL18 - 1.08V

Wykonane czynności:
- przeprogramowane kości U36, U38
- podmieniony procesor
- reflow PCH

Pobór prądu (MB+CPU):
-standby ok 20mA
-uruchomiona 630mA

Obecność kości RAM zwiększa pobór prądu o około 10mA.
Żadne z wykonywanych czynności nie wpłynęły na pobór prądu, zawsze w okolicy 630-650mA.

Brak mi pomysłów :(

Mały pobór prądu jak na tą płytę. Sprawdź napięcia załączane "VS" - na stronie 3 schematu jest tabelka z napięciami.

Sprawdziłem, wszystkie napięcia obecne.

I think current it's too small to do refow GPU.

Odczekałeś dłuższą chwilę po włączeniu płyty?
